David Hamilton, The King of Soft Focus...

Why I havn't posted some of these images sooner I don't know! David Hamilton is a favourite photographer of mine. Born in 1933 and residing in sunny St.Tropez, Hamilton has a given us a lifetime of dreamy, impressionistic photography. He mastered a soft hazy technique which later heralded him as the King of Soft Focus. Lithe french waifs, prima ballerinas, derobed french belles doing each others hair, romantic lace, pastel hues, period clothing... what's not to love! Happy Friday everyone, make the weekend count :)
