A new year, a new and me so the motto goes! Living back in Ireland for the Winter, after 2 years in the land of the boulangerie, has done wonders for my figure! The skinny jeans are slipping back on now that baguettes and pain au chocs are no longer my breakfast staple foods! The somewhat healthier new me was delighted to have recently been invited to the Nike Training Club press day workout  in Dublin. Well, until I woke up the morning after that was.... 30 minutes of a Nike workout = 3 days of recovery!
The Nike Training Club is a unique sport inspired training programme designed specifically for women which concentrates on getting you lean, toned and strong. The app can be downloaded to your iPhone or iPod Touch meaning you can literally workout anywhere.

You can start off small and build up a 15 min workout to a killer 45 min session. As you progress with each session you gain rewards, allowing you to unlock the exclusive workouts of the Nike Woman athletes like the long and lean Maria Sharapova.
